What is Kaddy?
Kaddy is a study app for high school students. It keeps your classes, assignments and grades in one place, turns your notes into flashcards and practice quizzes, and includes an AI tutor that explains your homework using the classes you're actually taking.
Who is it for?
High school and secondary school students, 13 and up. It's built around the way a school term actually works (teachers, class periods, due dates and report cards) rather than being a general to-do list.
Is Kaddy free?
Yes. Tracking your classes, assignments, grades and streaks is free forever, including AI tutor credits every week. Pro and Bloomer are optional upgrades for students who want more AI.
Does it work with Google Classroom?
You can bring your Classroom assignments in with a screenshot: take a screenshot of your Classroom to-do list, add it in Tools, and Kaddy pulls out every assignment, with no Google sign-in needed. You can also add them by typing or by photographing a syllabus.
Does the AI just do my homework?
It's built to help you study: it explains concepts a different way, walks you through problems, quizzes you, and gives feedback on your own drafts. It will also answer a quick question directly, so how you use it is up to you, and your school's rules on AI still apply.
Is it safe?
Direct messages only work between friends you've accepted, posts in Commons can be reported (and some are held for a moderator first), and you can block anyone. The parents' guide explains exactly what's collected and why.
